Terms of use

NerdyTech HUB SRL (Romania, EU) and KickOff Ventures LLC (USA) run BananaGoal and are referred to here as "we", "us" or "BananaGoal". You accept these terms when you visit this website or open an account. If you do not accept them, you should not use the service.

BananaGoal provides predictions, statistics and analysis on football as information and entertainment. Each prediction is an opinion: it is not financial advice, and it does not promise any outcome. BananaGoal is not a bookmaker, so we accept no bets, hold none of your funds and never place a wager on your behalf. Every bet you make is your decision alone, and you are responsible for it.

To use BananaGoal you need to be at least 18, or to have reached the gambling age set by law in the place you live. The service must not be used anywhere local law prohibits it.

Protecting your account details is up to you, and you are responsible for all activity on your account. Premium works as a paid subscription, and our payment provider handles the billing. You may cancel it whenever you like; cancelling ends your Premium access immediately, and whatever remains of the billing period you are in does not carry over. Prices and features can change; where this is required, we will give you advance notice.

Refunds. A Premium payment can be refunded only when BOTH conditions are met: (1) your account has never had a subscription before this one, and (2) you ask for the refund no later than 72 hours (3 days) after that first payment. We do not refund a payment when there was any earlier subscription on your account, and we do not refund it if over 72 hours have gone by since it was made. When we grant a refund, the Premium access it relates to ends immediately.

You agree that you will not copy, scrape, redistribute or resell our predictions or data; misuse the service or disrupt it; or use it for anything unlawful.

We or our licensors own everything on BananaGoal, including the code, logos, design, text and predictions, and the law protects it. You may view this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

We provide the service "as is" and give no warranty of any kind. As far as the law allows, we accept no liability for betting losses, nor for indirect or consequential losses of any kind that result from using the site or its predictions. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms may change over time, and the copy published here is the one in force. The laws that apply to the operating companies govern these terms, and any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts there.
