Safer gambling
BananaGoal only provides information and does not work as a bookmaker. This page shows how to keep betting fun and under control, and where to turn for help.

No prediction is certain
Each BananaGoal prediction is an opinion built from data. It is neither a certainty nor financial advice. Nobody can promise you a winning bet: not a tipster, not a model, not a website. Our complete record, losses included, is open to everyone, which lets you judge us fairly; even so, past results are no promise of future ones.
Keep betting in check
Bet only with money you could lose without it hurting you. Decide on a budget before you start and keep to it. Never chase what you have lost, and do not stake money that is meant for anything else. Treat betting as entertainment, and stop the moment it stops feeling like fun.
18+ only
To bet, you must have turned 18 or reached the age at which gambling is legal where you live. BananaGoal is made for adults. We never knowingly serve minors.
Signs betting may be turning into a problem
- You stake more, or bet more often, than you meant to.
- You keep betting to recover money you have lost.
- You borrow money or sell possessions to keep betting.
- You keep your betting secret from friends or family.
- Betting is hurting your sleep, mood, relationships or work.
If you recognise any of these, reach out: free, confidential support is available.
Free help, and where to find it
- BeGambleAware — no-cost advice and support, kept confidential.
- GamCare — a 24/7 helpline, group sessions and other support.
- Gambling Therapy — online help at no cost, available worldwide and in many languages.
- GAMSTOP — lets you self-exclude from licensed operators at no cost (UK).
Tools you can use
In your account settings, most licensed bookmakers let you set deposit limits, take time-outs or self-exclude. Use these tools. Blocking software such as Gamban can also keep betting sites out of reach, and many banks offer a gambling block of their own.
