Privacy notice

The data controllers are the two companies that run BananaGoal: NerdyTech HUB SRL (Romania, EU) and KickOff Ventures LLC (USA). Privacy questions of any kind can be sent to support@bananagoal.com.

• Account details: the name and email address you register with.
• Site usage: the pages you open plus basic analytics, which we use to improve the service.
• Settings: your odds format, language and timezone, kept in cookies.
• Payments: Stripe, our payment provider, processes them. Your full card details are never visible to us and never stored by us.

Your data lets us deliver the service and keep it secure, process subscriptions and make BananaGoal better. We rely on three legal bases: performing the contract between you and us; your consent, on which non-essential cookies depend; and the legitimate interest we have in operating and improving the site.

Only the companies that help us operate the service receive your data: analytics, hosting and payment processing (Stripe), each under appropriate safeguards. Your personal data is never sold to anyone.

Account data is kept while your account remains active, and for any longer period that legal and accounting obligations require. After that, we delete it or anonymise it.

You may at any time request access to your data, have it corrected, erased or exported, object to its use or ask for that use to be restricted, and withdraw your consent. Requests go to support@bananagoal.com. You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live.

The site relies on essential cookies to work; analytics cookies, which show us how it is used, are set only if you consent. Our Cookie Policy lists them all and explains how to control them.

This policy can change, and whatever appears here is the version in force. When a change is significant, we will point it out on the site.
